RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your Times Health RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your Times Health page each time they want an update.
If you would like to leave a comment or motivational message for Tom, please log in below. If you don't already have a Times Health Club account, it only takes a minute to set up. You'll also be able to set your own fitness goals and meet all our other Times Health Club members by doing so!
